I am trying to have a relaxed working environment. There is an innate stress in our business given our time schedules and customer service, in general.

But PAWS was designed to be technician friendly, and to allow staff to give maximum input on procedures and workflow.

Given the veterinary fields service-orientation, customer service is a large focus of all of our jobs.
